Looking for info on putting tundra springs under my 4runner. What i might need and what year tundra parts to use? Also what i need for the rear.

I would look at the Bilstein 5100s first, especially if your struts are worn out.

new struts + lift = win

check Yotatech or TTORA to see if FJCruiser or 80 series coils will lilft rear, I believe there's an option there.

The Tundra coils from a v-8 would be stiff, but the v-6 coils wouldn't be as stiff. I'd look into the 5100s also.

OME is my recommendation.

FJ and FZJ 80 series are by far the most popular. Here is a link to the color codes and expected lift heights from the FRONT landcruiser springs. These will fit the REAR of your 3rd gen 4runner. Typical shocks to use are the stock REAR 80 series shocks. You will net anywhere between 3.5-5" of rear lift depending on how many wraps you get.

I have only read about a couple ppl using the rear fjcruiser springs. From what I remember it gives about 1-2" of lift but that hasn't caught on with most 3rd geners so I can't give any more details.

Say huh? One of the most popular best riding setups uses trd tundra coils. Just make sure they are yellow/yellow blue/yellow and you're good to go. You can use the tundra shock with it but you have to swap top plates. This nets about 2" lift, however, if you go with tundra or Tacoma bilstein 5100s you can move the ring up a notch to achieve more lift. (This is for the front)

Look for trd tundra 4wd double cab or access cabs but check color codes before ordering
