98 3rz-fe error code 33

hello all. subject motor in audm hilux shows code 33 flashed out on cel when Tc and E1 shorted. motor is over fuelling, symptoms include backfire on overrun and poor economy. tested air intake temp & ecu coolant temp sensors and air flow meter all to be in spec.

anyone any idea what code 33 means or what to check next?

Problem was it wasn't plugged in

Glad you were able to sort it out. I hate when it is something silly like that. I threw a code once because the gas cap wasn't on tight enough, wanna talk about
