I am interested in face lifting my '02 100 series to the '03-'05 slightly larger grill.
I have found quite a bit of info when it comes to upgrading to the '07 grill and headlights, but have been unable to find anything in regards to upgrading to the '03-'05.
I know that the grill, and Sub panels below the headlights will be needed, but my main question is will I need the long mounting bracket that goes behind the panels, or will the panels bolt to my current bracket that is already on the LC?
here are some pics of the parts being referenced above highlighted in red. Will i need the larger "53903B / #7" ?

Following. I've seen your other threads on this topic, haven't seen an answer anywhere online. Worst case, look for a pick-n-pull LC or a marketplace part out and roll the dice. Are you looking to keep the OEM look?

I have everything OEM needed but this last part. I picked up one of those "TRD style" grills, depending on how it looks either that or an OEM '05 grill.

Send the final look once you install it! With the amount of 98-02 cruisers out there you’d think someone else stumbled down this path before, but nope.

I did this recently and you need to replace the long 'sub-assembly' to get everything to fit. I followed this exactly and it worked out:

You did the 2007 front, correct? 05 is different, and the. Sub-assembly for 05 is way more expensive than the 07
