Nice cruiser, it looks like its in good shape... Just a heads up, when I bought my cruiser the center diff lock didn't engage as well, I had to try dam near 75-100 times, and then, like, magic.... All three lockers worked!! They were sticky for a short time after that as well, but once I exercised them on a regular basis, they worked very quickly and quietly. Try it, and don't give up, you may be in for a pleasant surprise, and if they still don't work after that, you're no worse off than you are right now. Cheers!

Thanks for the heads up. I'll take it down the street to a gravel road in the next couple of days and go crazy with the shifter. Maybe I'll get lucky too.
