94 Land Cruiser fuel delivery problems

Howdy: My fuel pump is not running. I've pulled the EFI main relay, Fuel Pump relay, and the circuit opening relay. How do I check to see if one of them is the problem? Only the EFI identifies the terminals (4). The COR has five and the FPR has six. I don't know which of them to connect to check for resistance. Is they check out, is there a way to detemine if the pump itself is bad? Even the relays are pretty expensive so I don't want to buy any of these if I don't have to. By the way, the 15 amp EFI fuse was blown but replacing it didn't change anything.
