Hi my mate has a 22r with stock everything and it really goes hard and has the down low power of a diesel if he put the webber off his celicas old motor (18r) would it improve these qualities or would the low end power be lost to give a gain up high? Its a 32 36 webber
My experince with Webers has been great. You may find a lot of Weber haters here, but I love them. Very noticable increase in power, without loss on low end..on many vehicles I have run them. And by far simpler underhood after. 20R, 22R, 2F, 3TC, and 4AC engines. I ahve been to your part of the world, but I cant remember if you guys had Smog inspections? Not an issue for me, I know folks.
