'94 1FZFE to '90 3FE

Does anyone know if a '94 1FZFE DOHC engine will slip right into the place a 3FE engine once resided in a '90 Land Cruiser?

Considering both powerplants were available in the 80 series, I'd imagine they'd be a fairly easy swap.
May have to mess with motor mounts and the tranny crossmember a bit.

I've been investigating this very swap for 6 years now. Supercharged 1FZFE in a 62! Ye Ha! THAT'S my dream cruzah!

Being new to this forum, I was going to post your exact question!

I've found no one yet who's done it, but seems like the questionmarks revolve around motor mounts, tranny and ECU. I found a low milage 94 tranny for $250 a month ago, but it's 1000 miles away and I'm just not in a plcae to do the project. I digress...

If you find anything, please post it. I think if a kit were fabed, this would be a very popular swap (hint hint)!
