55 000 on rebuilt, upgraded (3L) head. 190000 overall. 2.4 turbo diesel. All the belts new, just did the harmonic balancer at 190000.
Lots of upgrades: boost controller, straight pipe exhaust (cat back is new, upgraded to 2.5"), tranny cooler, hood louvres, pcv catch can, EGR removed. Installed a manual and new thermo switch for the second radiator pusher fan. Installed a hitch (class 3). Manual adjustable bleed valve on the vacuum line leading to the electronic boost sensor (https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/reducing-2lte-egts.389684/)
Brakes just done (calipers, rotors, pads). Two brand new batteries (dual battery setup), more than 2 years left on the warranties. New core in the radiator, all new hoses for the cooling system.
Sunroof, push button adjustable suspension, new sound system, realtree camo wrapped dash.
In dash voltmeter, thermometer, and on dash pyro, water temp, boost gauges. Transmission gauge all wired up, haven't put in the thermocouple yet (was going to when I started towing... didn't start towing).
Still have the aluminum running boards, mud flaps, if you want to put them back on. Still have the bits from the AC if you want to put it back in... I took it out for room and to take stress off the engine. Still have EGR parts too.
