Wouldnt have even thought to check dam but then again less to go wrong lol and arms could always use more exercise

Eta: it does have AC odd to have that option and not ps? Was thinking maybe 141 for lower range 1st being consigned to embassy duty from the start

If possible, I would upgrade it up to R151F. Best manual Toyota transmission for daily driving in my opinion.

Does the R141F have the same type of dual mass flywheel as the R151F?

Just wait until you need to parallel park it somewhere without ps ;-)

Valet here is like 3 bucks haha

I will ask tomorrow about the ps and yes will upgrade to 5spd .... hilux are everywhere here for 5spd donor. Believe they have r series also. the lc is kinda rare in jordan being poorer country but the diesel hiluxs are everwhere

update:

it has power steering and has been converted to 5spd. didn't even bother to ask which 5 spd, would have thrown the guy for a loop.

broker concerned it has been painted and someone is hiding something (PZJ), so the owner is going to police station today to get inspection certificate on the PZJ.

93 HZJ75 has been located now also,

PZJ would be cheaper, but only by like 1500 bucks. does have fresh paint, locking diff, 5spd, etc.

You have to look at the bright side. Most of us go a lifetime and never even see a 75 Series pickup and yet you have a chance to buy 2 in one week. 😊

More now lol sent word to a tribe near wadi rum some junkers... even spotted a 45 sitting behind one of the 75s waiting on pics of two more before making decision still intrigued by the pzj though

Congratulations, it looks very good!

The Pzj70-75 seems very rare in Europe. During 3 years I’ve seen 3 objects. One here in Sweden that I bought. One nearly unused fire-fighter truck in Denmark. One very rusty and well used I object in Holland. I’m very new with Toyota LC but the only drawback with the pz engine is that it’s not common. I’ve read somewhere that the dual mass flywheel has a bit short life-span?
My pz has run 210 000 km and starts extremely easy, perhaps also due to the 24v system and a high revving starter engine?
The drawback with 24v system is the extra expensive parts.
