Hey, I've got a '92 FJ80 with 184,000 miles for $5,500 in Clarksville, TN. I bought it about a year ago and since then have put in a new radiator, water pump, thermostat, fan clutch, windshield and replaced the hoses and belts. I had it painted the original (champagne-gold) color about 4 months ago.
It does have the CDL switch. Cloth seats with the 3rd row. The seats are in good condition. The drivers seat has a small tear on the vinyl bottom part and the p***anger side back seat has a small burn mark abou the size of a dime.
It has tinted windows in good shape except for one small hole about the size of a quarter right smack dab in the middle of the front p***anger window.
It runs and drives great. There are only a few things I can think of that it might need. THe kickdown cable might need to be adjusted and it has that wonderful 80 series clunk sometimes when you let off the gas. The power windows are slow going back up but I think the battery is just about shot so I'll be replacing that soon. It does not leak or burn oil.
The front and rear heaters work great and will burn you out. The A/C works but needs to be charged to stay really cold.
I bought it from a friend who's wife made him sell it. It needed a good home and had alot of potential and so I bought it not needing another Land Cruiser. It's in stock form and reliable so it would make a great starting point for a build up or just drive it like it is. Rest ***ured the money made from this sale will go towards enriching the lives of an FJ40 and FJ60!
Email me at rwb0481 at yahoo.com with any questions or for more pictures or my phone number. Thanks!
