Hey guys I am a new member here but I have been lurking for years. I recently bought a 92(grey with grey interior) and drove it home only to start tearing into it. I ended up finding a wrecked 95 and will be parting various pieces off both. I will try and list what I am going to be selling as completely as possible and will take pics if requested. I am going to go off a best offer type of thing since it all has to go and dont have the time to research values on everything. I wont have a cherry picker for another week so the motor and transmission will be in the truck for at least another week before I can even get to them. For now I will be trying to tear down the 95. I will be selling most of the parts minus the body off of the 92 to make way for the 95 stuff going on the non wrecked 92.
For Now I am just going to be selling the large mechanical stuff until I get everything switched over and see what I have.
92 parts
complete 3FE with wiring harness- I took the head off to do a rebuild before I found the 95 so it is currently apart but I will put it back together if desired. I will sell the head and ECU/wiring harness seperately as I know this is most valuable to the 2FE crowd. The truck has 227K on it but I dont know if this is the original motor or not. It looks like the valve stem seals have been gone for a while as the entire valve cover and valve train is covered in goo. The motor tested 130-140 on all cylinders before I tore it down. I ran great, revved quickly, a little valve rattle but nothing I was worried about. The cylinders are worn but not where a rebuild is needed. They measured less than .0005 ovaled and about the same belmouth at the top. I have been machining for 20 years and know how to snap a bore with the correct tools. The cross hatching is not visible any longer so at least a hone and rering may be beneficial since its apart.
Short block-200.00 plus shipping
Tranny and transfer case- shifts well, not hard but not soft. No stuttering or wierd acts.--300.00 plus shipping.
Drivelines 150.00 for both plus shipping.
Rear end Whole-350.00 plus shipping
Any of these can be picked up or you can arrange someone to get it so as to avoid shipping.
If someone wanted all of it I would do the entire drive train, complete motor with ECU and Wiring harness for 1000.00 minus the front end.
Thanks
