yotahed, do you have a picture of your truck with the Dobinson's installed in the front? I'm not that happy with my front OME's, as I'd like a little more front lift. Are your Dobinson's a heavy or light spring?

Do those front sway extensions allow a little more flex while retaining the front sway bar? Seems I always have a front wheel off the ground while wheeling.

The dobbys are a medium I would say. REAL nice ride. Ask pradocruzer he loved them. Only reason I cant use them is my motor and tranny weighs a ton.
They give an honest 4-4.5 inches and a bit more in the rear. If you want all four ill be swapping the rears for ome comps sooner or later.

The sway bar extensions put the bar down to where the frame mount joints are straight up and down. Also keeps the bar from jamming against the diff bracket when lifted. Theres a limit to how much you can lift and still keep the bar. I havent run a front for a few years now, but my springs are stiff enough that it doesnt matter much. I kept my rear one in and extended the frame mounts so they are straight up and down. They say keep at least one sway bar on a street driven truck. Ill take a couple pics so you can see. Pretty easy to make extensions.
When you lift the truck, the bar will pull the end links towards the diff and they wont work right unless they are straight up and down.
Heres a pic of the dobbys all round with 33s
As for your wheel off the ground..... thats not you sway bar...the radius arms dont flex that well, just inherent by design. No sway bar helps but really not that much. I had everything disconnected except for the stock radius arms, no springs steering or panhard, and jacked one end of the diff up. The other side only drooped a small amount and came up with the side I had the jack on. Just to give you an idea.

Thanks a lot for the pictures and your reply yotahed. I'm going to think on it and have a good look at my truck this weekend.

What do you want for the front coils?

75 bucks. + shipping. I painted one black with rust paint. Theyre not rusty, just wanted to clean em up a bit. They were on pradocruzers truck before he linked it. I only ran them for about 3000kms.
The rears will be available once I get my replacements in a few months as I said above.

Thing of waiting for the complete set.... Package price for set? What is the lift over stock w/o spacers or extended shackles?

Chris

4 inch or better in the front and 4.5 or better in the rear.
Youll need poly spacers to level the cruiser lean. Usually about an inch difference side to side. So 1.5 spacer on the side thats lower front and rear.
