For sale is a 1991 Toyota Landcruiser VX left hand drive. I purchased this Cruiser as a project and seem to have no time so my loss is your gain. I purchased it in Texas with a blown motor and had the engine rebuilt ( long block from Specter off-road) , turbo rebuilt and new seals ($ 1135), and installed and tuned by Wimberley Four Wheel Drive. The total rebuild work was $ 7,771. I drove it from Houston to Denver, Co where it sits. I have a spare head and injector set as well as other parts. There is also a new ARB locker kit installed as well.
The cruiser is very very clean inside and just need some minor TLC to get everything working.
NOTE* I am in the process of getting it titled because it only has a Panama title. ( I have a copy of it). It was sold as parts to the gentleman I purchased it from.
Tread is 75% and overall is very solid. if interested make a reasonable offer. Thanks I can be reached at mphillipstex@gmail.com

Hoowaa, how is the undercarrige? Any sign of rust?

The fact that it says "Turbo" on the engine, and that he already stated he had the "turbo rebuilt" kind of answers that question right? ;)

Gotta post a price. That said I may be interested in the head and injectors and any other spare engine parts you may have.

Cheers!

ah.. yes I guess it would.. I'm not sure how I missed that but thanks for the clarification.

Sorry if chat, but "Panama title" and "sold as parts" are going to raise some eyebrows for any serious buyer. And if you don't post a price, I'm afraid you'll get this thread deleted. How many miles, by the way?

any chance it will be at the rising sun rally this saturday for folks to check out?

It would have been nice for you to respond to some emails and PM's. Geeeeeeeeez.

The gentleman who put a deposit down has backed out. He had the post on desiel tech about the ticking sound which looks like its a valve tapping. Cruiser is back FOR SALE. I am leaving out of the country in the mornig but can be reached at mphillipstex@gmail.com
