Sorry took so long to reply. It runs and drives. transmission currently installed slips when warmed up. There is a good transmission and transfercase combo (unsplit) that comes with it. I swapped out for a rebuilt I found for cheap. I shipped from San Fran for $350 which was better than gas and time I would have needed to drive it home (had it had good trans in it). you can call me at 805-968-9950
