Rust? Undercarriage pics? What's going on in the rear? Are those the leaf springs (look really arched)?

There is some rust underneath. I need to get under there and find out how bad it really is. I will post pics tomorrow from work. The springs are the OME/Dakkar med-hvy kit from Man-A-Fre. I was told the rake is typical OME.
