I am selling my 88 FJ62. The truck is in great shape and runs great. It has cold A/C and everything works. I bought a taco so i havent been using it anymore. The truck is located in the houston tx area. It is a great truck and i would like it to go to someone who appreciates it.

I did put brand new rims and tires on it (less than a couple thousand miles). Brand new battery. I also replaced all the belts and tensioner parts. The air conditioning is very cold and works great (it is Houston) along with all the power windows. The truck does have an after market cruise control but the stock came off the column and i disconnected it. The 4 wheel drive works good along with the 4low. As you can see in the pictures there is an aftermarket roof rack that just bolts on to the rain gutter,(it has been removed and is not included) no holes were drilled in the roof. There is also a class 3 hitch with a trailer brake installed but i am not sure if the trailer brake works as i have never used it. This cruiser also has no rust on the body that i found and none on the frame that i found, i included some pictures of the frame for you to see.

Now the bad. There are some chips in the paint on the front end from freeway driving. There is some rust on the rear bumper where the chrome peeled off (in the pics) It also has some rust on the rear hatch latch (not the hatch itself). It also has a tear in the drivers side seat that i was going to get fixed with the original material but have not had time (you can see it in the picture). The rubber part on the drivers side rear bumper is missing also. Other than that there is nothing else i can think of that is wrong with this cruiser.

I am the new proud owner of this 62. Made the long 1400 mile trek from Houston to Flagstaff, AZ in 2 days. Started out getting 14 mpg and ended up getting 17.5 by the end of the trip and maintained a consistent 70mph the whole way. Wildest part of the trip was a blizzard outside of El Paso, TX! Super happy with it. Thanks again Robert
