Here we go...
Bought this 2H diesel HJ60 in ontario about 3 years ago. Runs awesome, extremely rusted. The plan was put the powertrain into a rust free 62 with some rear quarter damage that was acquired from texas. Pictures tomorrow will be worth a thousand words. HJ was legally imported($$) and have HJ ohio title in hand. Just too busy with other stuff and this project has gone completely by the wayside. Sick of staring at it and paying storage fees.

1987 HJ60 266,000kms
Driven about 1500miles without trouble 3 years ago and then parked her. everything used to work. Now, not so much. Something up with the edic, kills the motor right after starting. Did the oil switch d/c, relay troubleshooting, blah blah. Im just not into cruisers anymore. Dont want to mess with it anymore. If you bypass that edic arm the beast runs like a champ! Absolutely love this rig, but no time to work on it. The 5speed shifts nicely and the 4wd fuctions as it should. Hubs move freely and the engine weeps only slightly. In the thousand miles I drove her, no oil or cooland used.
The floor...shot. I mean flintstone style. Exhaust, rotted midway back. Doors and front quarters are good. Glass is good. Roof good. Damn Canada and their use of salt 8 months of the year! Anything concerning a small metal tube under the hood...not good. Heater lines, gone. Brakes and clutch, functioning, but best to replace the lines. For a few hundred and a weekend of work, shed definitely be roadworthy again if the holes in the floor were of no concern. I really cant stress enough how well it does run. Have all the seats, which show the wear of 23 years. Carpet is ripped out and gone to better see what is going on with the metal.

Got this rig bout a year and a half ago. Damaged drivers rear quarter. Drove it from texas to ohio with absolutely no problems. So awesome to crawl under a lifetime texas truck. NO RUST whatsoever. 2.5" OME lift. Tranny shifts smooth, engine idles and runs nicely. Runs well for a rig with half this mileage. Salvage title can be had, but i never transferred it over from the last owner as i was just going to use it for parts. But could switch it over. Interior is very nice and clean. carpet is good. 4wd vacuum not working. when it is manually switched between 2, 4, and 4lo, drivetrain works as it should. The radiator does have a leak.
Im not much for computers, so just give me a buzz or shoot me a pm as i probably left out so much. PICTURES to come tomorrow in the light. Entertaining just about any trade ideas. I am partial to diesels and motorcycles.
Located in canton, oh Looking for $5500 or best for both (im about 12K into this whole ordeal!!) Certainly entertaining offers on either!
