Mileage, transmission, winch, lockers, tires, mods, pics?
- 277,773 Kms on 13-BT
- A440 Tranny
- Factory PTO Winch
- BFG AT KO's w/ approx 70% (non-matching spare)
- No Lockers
- all the factory bells and whistles (aisin hubs, power mirrors, etc)
- Mods: professionally installed PlantDrive WVO conversion. Otherwise stock.

From memory I thought the body rust was worse. I took a closer look when snapping pics and it's actually not bad (i.e. no welding req'd). I've included photos of the worst (only) spots around the fenderwells.

Only known issues are a small crack on the exhaust manifold and a small crack in front winshield. Easily fixed. All maintenance work done by Mike at Pro-Active Auto in Calgary (Land Cruiser specialists and Master Techs). I can ask for receipts if someones interested.

Any other questions, give me a PM and I'll try my best to answer. Thanks.

Uhhh - I don't know where you're going with that. I think the price reflects the minimal rust.....

For someone not afraid to get there hands dirty, you're looking minor body work and a bit of paint. Slap some POR-15 or Rust Bullet on the chassis and she's golden. I could do the work myself and sell her for $9000.

The WVO conversion alone is a $1,000, uninstalled. Free fuel?

Anyways, Im posting this for a friend and so have no vested interests. This is a sweet deal for anyone.

I was right about to do a wvo conversion but the source for my clean oil was shut down because the restaurant closed.
Not much of a body man. But I am on the hunt for something.
It will be a great rig for someone.
I have a soft spot for all 70s

Thanks ForealBoreal. Do you happen to know what activates the rear locker on these rigs? Want to see if she's locked and if it works. There's a black handle left of the tranny shifter as seen in the pick. Is this it? Thanks.

Lockers are two leavers right beside the drivers doors.

This rig that is for sale has a semi floater rear end therefore no factory locker.

If it had an H55f I'd have been all over it. I recently sold a camper to a fellow who had one just like it with a broken piston and it sold for around $4000. This one runs and drives so it has to be worth the extra $2k

Good luck with the sale

Thanks for the pic and info. RHD and manual would take some getting used to. This has an Auto transmission in case anyone's curious.

Sold. To Me. :) Picked it up yesterday. It's my first Cruiser and I love it.

I'm a Cruiser virgin, and was wondering if someone could explain how to work the PTO winch? I know a fair bit about vehicles, but not too much about winching. I've owned Dakotas, Rangers, Broncos, and now I have tapped into the diesel universe with my two TDI Jettas and now this Cruiser.

Any info/help/links on the winch would be great.
