Went to go check out an 85 Toyota Pick Up with a buddy last night. He is going to pass on it but I thought I would see if there is any interest on it. What I know
Price: $1000.00
Regular cab short bed (body and bed decent, drivers door has dent)
22R motor
175k miles
Frame appeared solid and straight (has rust scale)
Front axle has a dent in housing near the ring gear but 4wd works.
Clutch works but doesn't seem to have much resitance when pushing in the pedal.
Carb has trouble until its warmed up.
Knuckles need to be serviced.
Missing tail gate handle
Comes with Back Rack
After market chrome steel wheels with worn BFG 31"s
Needs tail pipe
If I didn't have a project already I might consider it but don't have the time or money at this point. If anyone is interested I will try to get the info from my buddy. Truck is located in Exeter RI
