'84 xtracab in michigan

I'm considering selling my '84. I found an '85 that's already built how I want for a pretty good price. I'll sell the xtracab for $800. Cab is in great shape. I haven't seen anything but some minor surface rust. The frame is bad right behind the cab. There is a newer 20R underhood. I haven't tried to start the engine, but the guy I bought it from said it ran before the battery died. I'm pretty sure I could part the truck for my asking price, maybe more, but I'd prefer to sell it in one piece. I have a clear michigan title.
