Im selling my 84 fj60, it has 200k on the odometer, truck runs good, tranny shifts good, transfer case good, the drivetrain is solid on the truck ,carb fan works, excessories work execpt a/c. it dosent have rear heat, the PO just took it out of the cooling loop, use it up north to cruise into town and go in the woods. The body isnt in the best of shape, has rust on rockers rear quaters, drivers side rear is dented from a wheel that blew off.wheel wells, reag tail gate,frame is rusty but no holes, i am going to sand the frame down as much as i can this weekend, and hopefully the weekend after and have the rails painted. truck was originally an oregon truck from the recipts i found from the dealership maintnence., Then the PO i bought it from had it for 7 years, and the last year he owned it , it sat. Ive put plugs wires oil change cap rotor,oil change, i have a 180deg t-stat to put in, i was just going to do that just to be safe but the truck dosent overheat atall. i also have a new valve cover gasket to put on because it leaks. when the valve cover is off im going to adjust all the valves. In the pics you will see shackels are straigh up and down, thats hows the PO fit 35' under it. He also said the truck has a set or heavy duty springs, but i cant confirm.I will have those loosened and put back so the truck ride better Truck would be a great drivetrain doner or a truck to drive arund everyday. Im asking 1400 obo, i will trade for a 350 conversion kit for my 78 fj40, kit must be complete,Also an OME lift for my fj40,ARB BUll Bar and Winch for 40. Let me know what you have truck located in michigan 48331.
