Well I got the 83 and now its time for a few mods. I am piecing together a A/C unit. I have found pretty much all the parts now I need to figure out how to convert it over to the new crap. Anyone know anthing about this process.

I am also going to install a SR5 guage cluster so I can get a tach and a few other guages.

Also does anyone have any good used 33" tires they want to part with. Mine a pretty bald.

Pics to come shortly.

Hy Cacy...i have those 33 inch bfg mud terrains on 15x8 steel wheels i'll let you have cheap, they have a lot of tread on them still...call me...can maybe pick them up this weekend, they are at the house in Visalia.

As for 33's derek used to have some bfg at's but I think he sold most of them for spares. If you can con him into getting bigger tires i'm sure you could get his mtr's for cheap :D

Hey Bill, will you sell them without the wheels. I really dont need the wheels, I dont have anywhere to store them anymore. Shoot me a price and maybe I can come get them Sunday.

Cacy. if you buy the wheels and I can get the parts for building my trailer in a few weeks, I will need some 8" wide wheels for 33s in the nearish future so you should have a buyer for them. If they have 3.25 back spacing, I would need 4 (3 for trailer one for cruiser spare)

But all of this depends on if the natives haven't raided the barn in the last 5 years since the trailer was stored in it.

What AC conversion are you talking about? Your 1987 should have R134 in it already. If it does have R-12 you will need the green "O" ring kit for all the connectors.

Or are you converting your AC to an air compressor?

I was looking for $300 for the wheels and tires...maybe we can work something out about just the tires if someone wants the wheels...I'm in the same boat...ex wants them out of the garage.

? MTRs?
