83 60 series in Chicago area

I went and checked out this truck for a forum member. it wasn't what he was looking for, but it might be for someone looking for a trail truck or a reliable DD with some rust issues. It's honestly not bad for a MI/IL truck that's 21 years old. A bunch of goodies have been done already and done right. Feel free to shoot me a PM for an honest evaluation. I have absolutely no interest in the truck getting sold. I'm just interested in turning someone on to a rig.

I've actually been looking for one for a while, and I saw this on eBay a few days ago but haven't had any time to head down to Plainfield. What kind of rust issues are we talking about? Body only or does the frame have a lot of rot? I am leaning more toward a 62, but it looks like a pretty cool rig. Is that herc on the lower panels?

Come and check it out ,There is no rust or holes in the frame,just typical 60 salt damage.I have an 85 mini truck coming from California so I dont need two rigs.It may be for sale soon.....it is an 85xcab,22r,5.29 s,7in all spring lift, 5 new 35s,tru-tracfrnt,welded rear,marlin dual cases,late model chevy rear springs in front,stock mazda rear springs in rear,custom paint bobbed bed,warn x9000i,all pro rock sliders,the truck has been to jackhammer,sledgehammer, hence the new paint job.Any questions about the 60 call or e-mail,come an drive it.
