I purchased this cross member with the intention of using it as a transmission support when I installed the H55 and split case in my '70 40. Doesn't fit, to long. Had it sandblasted and cleaned, powder coated, threads chased and bolts added prior to the installation believing it would work. So, here it is, ready for an install. $200 plus UPS, what I have in it.

UPS for a 20 pound box is $27.18. USPS is $37.00
 
$200 is what I have invested in it. Plus the ride.
