I have a hatch ladder in good condition and it comes with the rubber gaskets. Gaskets are so so but will allow you to make a template.

I am on the road right now so pics will have to wait until the weekend. Its aftermarket. It hangs over the top of the hatch and clamps to the bottom using two bolts with 10mm heads
