Wanted 80 series full floater

looking for a rear factory 80 series full floater.. i dont need the 3rd because i have my own to stick in it but if its there and its the right price for a complete elocker axle i would probably take it.. i would prefer not to have it though because i am going arb..

i havent done all the research but i believe there is a change in disc brake size around 1993?? so i guess i am looking for the newer axle with the bigger disc brakes.. must have disc brakes..

i was thinking about going with the ruffstuff housing because its a great price but i dont want to lose my park brake being that this is a daily driver and i dont really care for the driveline brakes..

i am in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Canada and dont mind travelling to get it if it isnt too far.. i would like to find something either in Alberta, Saskatchewan or Manitoba but if the seller is in BC and wants to ship it then it wouldnt be toooooo expensive..

I would post this in the regular WTB area as well since all 80 series after mid 93 have full floaters and the larger breaks. So there should be no problem finding one in the US close by.

just recently i am currently working with someone right now to bring back what i need out of Montanna..

i found a great place to get stuff shipped to that is close to the Canadian/USA border in Montanna so I think this is gonna work out..

Pretty sure Peter (Behemoth60) has one from a 1990 HDJ81 (smaller discs) in Calgary that he isn't going to use. I think his plan is to go with something custom like a diamond. Worth checking with him if you can't find anything.

i already emailed him a while back and he said he was hoarding it for the future..

this is totally fine though.. i am going to the states in february to pick up a couple of fj80 rear full floaters with ebrake cables for a fairly good price and at the same time I am getting Brian at Diamond axle to make me a matching width front diff that will include inner axles.. i am getting excited for this!!!

i havent decided where to get my chromo rear axles yet.. i dont know if poly pro got all of their quality issues figured out.. seems like they were turning out crap axles there for a while..

i might try those nitro axles from just differential.. maybe they have a mud discount to help a guy out..?? i liked their solid pinion spacers that i used when i set up my 4.88s..
