Guys,

Just saw that there's a 80 series (1995) at the LKQ junkyard in North Charleston. It's been in the yard since 6/28.

I will be there tomorrow getting parts for a mercedes so i'll take more pics and see what features/options it has (i.e. factory locker(s)).

If anyone wants me to look for anything specific let me know. This is a great opportunity to get small parts like window switches, trim pieces and interior pieces. I can grab little parts for people if it's an easy removal, but if you want a whole axle you'll have to handle that. I can surely give you a hand if needed. There's wheel barrels and large winches that you can use to remove engines and axles, you'll just need to bring your own tools for removal.

I check this inventory every couple days and can tell you maybe once a year i see a land cruiser in this yard. Jump on it ASAP if you want CHEAP parts. There's a part price list on the LKQ website.

will the window switch work for an fj 80?

fj80? or 60? I believe the window switches are compatible for all 80 years, but i'm not sure. I have a 100 so I'm not familiar with 80 compatibility, just assuming. I'm headed over there in about 30 minutes. Let me know if any of you guys want parts/pics.

I went there Wed, kicking myself for not going on the 4th (40% discount). Its a '95 with 400K miles, the guy literally drove it with no presumable maintenance, until it was dead. Its in rough shape, and dirty. Both front doors were picked apart.

According to the door code, it didn't have diff lockers.

What color is it?

It's a really faded baby blue/grayish color. Body is in good shape, but you'll need to paint anything you grab.

Both axles are there, not sure if it's factory locked, so I took a picture of the dash and the VIN in case anyone is interested. Pics attached.
