So I was in a small fender bender and the shop just finished up with the truck.

$3200 was the total. New front bumper ($446), fender ($442), flare ($288), etc. All OEM parts of course.
Had the front bumper painted black to match and it looks great! I will be painting the rear bumper also, but my friend at the shop didn't have time to do it.
