Interested. Never seen a set of these in person... Is that all just crusty mud, a metal support in the flap that's rusty, or...?

Crusty mud AND a surface rusted metal support.

Portuguese spec, so surface rust, but solid below.

Not perfect, but not in bad shape, overall and do have what fasteners were used to include, too.
