79 series load bin bolts stripped

Howzit everyone. just wanted to find out if someone maybe has some experience on this, im trying to take my load bin off as I have a crack from corrigation and want to weld it but I've come across 2 bolts that the nuts seem to turn on the inside of the bin how do I get these out or tighten them tia

The T bolts hold portions of the bed on. Those should come out on quarter rotation. There are a couple standard bolts with captured nuts which would have to be cut and a nutsert or something else used for repair.

Thanks will give those a look seams my problems are worse than I though and will probably have to buy a new load bin
