Made some progress and finished welding up the floor. I need to get some more abrasives before its ready to prime and seal. I cut some of the rust out of the outer panels on the rear end.. to reveal more rust on the inside! Need to figure out how to approach the removal and replacement..

That is the same area that I have to work on!!-by side of rear seat.
You give me courage!

The angle isn't perfect but its good enough for me..

a bit of craft tonight.. before i removed the rust on the passenger side i forgot to get a template of the profile for that corner.. so now i'm using the drivers rear quarter panel as a template then duplicating in reverse for the pax side..

still needs some work and i have the other side cut out just need to put it all together...
 
those are some real difficult areas to work in. it would have been easy to try to find a downhill path at this juncture, but you turned straight up instead. Good on ya!
 
seam sealed the inside panel and then primed and painted the inside of the outside skin before tacking in place
