I have a B series motor with an after market A/C compressor. The builder failed to use grade 8 mounting bolts and they sheared off leaving my tensioner set up somewhere in my rear view mirror. I am looking for advise for a high strength tensioner to build the replacement mounting bracket around. I have seen threads where a tensioner is not used. The serpentine belt does not use a tensioner. Any feedback is appreciated.
