I have a '76 55 for sale here in good ol' Salt Lake City. Now as you can imagine, it has some rust. OK. Who am I kidding. It has a LOT of rust. I'm not going to lie. The body is pretty much worthless anymore. I had big plans for it, and really sad to see it go, but I'm pretty much over it at this point. I'm keeping my rust free '76 that I have though, so I'm not letting go of the dream completely. Ha ha.

I have put a lot of work into over the years, and most of it is still in good condition, but i definitely haven't been able to keep up on it as much as I would have liked. 3 daughters will do that. I rebuilt the 2F way back in the day, my first ever complete rebuild, and I am now 16 years into a Master Diag Toyota technician career.

The rebuild turned out great, but it has been sitting for so many years and doesn't run. I have the carb off of it and have planned on rebuilding it, but just haven't. I put a '79 electronic distributor in it, and a '77 carburetor if I remember correctly. It has a reground beefed up camshaft, and really did run well.

I had some suspension work done on it also. It has OME FJ60 springs in the rear, and OME FJ40 springs and a shackle reversal in the front. It rode really nice also, and was my daily driver before I started having kids. It's not overly lifted, but fit 32's and 33's nicely.

I really have no idea what I want out of it, but realize it's pretty beat and not worth all that much. Make me an offer if you're interested and we can go from there.
