I’ve got a 1987 75 series ute in Sandy taupe with a 15,000km old 350 chevy in it. Motor apparently makes 320hp hasn’t been tested on dyno yet. The motor is running a brand new Holley sniper. Has engineering certificate for the motor, lift, tyres, and coils on leafs. Currently registered. Cab has just had a fresh paint job, along with the chassis.Wondering what sort of money would someone pay for a ute like this?

Without receipts or a dyno, the 350 could make 500hp for all the proof you've got, who was the engine built by? Also alarm bells on a freshly painted cab and chassis if there's no pictures of the process. Without receipts and pics, I'd walk away or as @Hulsty says, maybe 5k

If someone is looking for a V8 75 and you can show that the engine is built properly and the paint isn't hiding anything, 70s are going for (imho) silly prices these days

5k .
Holley carbs on V8s in landcruiser are rubbish when you hit the rough stuff.
87 models are worth far more with the original engine.
Repaints are often botched jobs underneath where the rust returns with a vengeance. Pics before the paint job was done are helpful.
Does it overheat? Are the exhaust manifolds close to the starter motor?
