:-[I'm thinking NO, since the '74 was an 'F' engine and the '75 is a 2F. I had a box of smog stuff that came with my '74, and none of it seemed to work on the '78 2F that was under the hood! Now, some items may actually fit, such as the injector rail, but getting smog stuff to fit and work properly is kinda tuff, and for the folks helping me, it was easiest (not cheapest) to get all '78 stuff and get it to pass smog. Luckily for me, the Cal DMV never knew that the engine was newer than the frame, nor could any of the smog techs figure it out, so having it tuned to '78 specs made it pass 'real clean' when tested against '74 requirements. Luckily for me it is now 30 years old and smog tests are no longer required - and the smog stuff was sold to pay for the TBI conversion.
