71 toy hilux question

stock 18rc motor
starts fine, when its cold its ok too, but when it warms up it races (runs fast) is this a carb issue? if so which screw?
on occasion it will die when cold but not recently.

hmmmm. I bought one in '72. Stock motor is an 8rc. Does the 18rc have an automatic choke? It had a manual when new. Manual choke should have a ramp that activates more throttle as it's pulled out. I have a carb and manifolds from an 18rc if you want them. pm me.
