70/71 VS 73/74 rear quarter panel

I’m pretty confident about this, but I need a confirmation…

I make rear quarter panel for BJ70. A cruiserhead need some for is BJ73. My «blueprint» is for the SWB 70 serie… So, can you confirm that the ONLY difference (regarding rear quarter panel) between 70/71 model VS 73/74 model is the length between the door and the wheel arch ?

Moreover, can someone with a 73 or 74 can provide me some measurement as shown on the picture below … (cm and/or inch).

15-1/2" along the same body line you pointed out in your photo. I am an American therefore I am not smart enough to make the metric conversion.
