[strike]Just a heads-up... the Woodfords Station (the general store) closed their doors earlier this year, see Woodfords Station to close shop..[/strike]

Open to any rig that can make it past the gatekeeper.
As stated in the OP 33's minimum, it's a lot easier with at least one locker.

Ok cool, I live in Woodfords and my daughter works at Woodfords station so if you don't mind, we might tag along since I really haven't had the jeep out yet this year.

Fun time on the Deer Valley trail this morn. Should be great next week. Snow fields in the shade made for some interseting wheeling. Trail is wet and alot of water going down the trail which has changed some features. Only made it to almost the second crossing and then had to turn back due to time restraints. The stock blazer in the background bailed at the crossing. On the way out he got hung up and we had to tug him off a rock. Nice guy but forgot his hi-lift, he had been waiting for awhile for us to come back. Also a couple of rangers on Quads told him he wasn't set up to go further. As you can see the crossing is fine as they weren't letting much water out of the dam.
We should be prepared to take some more time getting thru as it complicates things with the snow and wet and hi erosion. I think our friendly trail turned into a 3+ and maybe a four at some obstacals. Stockers beware. Looking forward to an awesome run.
Good thing was, someone had been all the way thru and cut and moved the deadfall. Thanks whoever you are--from what I saw it was a ton of hard work and your rig must be ironclad.

If you guys are planning a high speed run, I'll stay away, but if you don't mind allowing the slow fat kid to accompany, I'd like to make the run.

Do I need to bring a chainsaw, or do I let Dan cut a tree down on me again????:)

I'm driving the 60 so there will be two White Whales on the trail.

My nick name is Rusty Bunion, wait that doesn't sound right.

Hopefully I'll be ready. Found some issues tonight that will have to be remedied. Rust and wheel bearings are a bad combination..

All that wet stuff we had this winter seems to have found it's way into everything that was or wasn't sealed:(

Bummer on the rust. A wise man once said"Rust never sleeps":D

Hope you can get it done before saturday--Need Help?

Anyway, it is a fun little trail. Weather should be perfect.

Hope you can make it

Got the parts today. We'll see how the work progresses. I should be good to go, barring honeydoo lists.

Update: Pass side is almost done, just have to do the brake pads. I may leave the drivers side alone unless it doesn't check out.

FWIW, Milemarker hubs are leaps and bounds ahead of Warn's stuff when it comes to quality of workmanship and sealing. They look stronger too, the internal parts are much beefier than my old Warn hubs.

Looking forward to this run. Be interesting to see what the difference will be since the last time I was there. Since then I've fixed a lot of things on the truck and added gears, better rubber and a better rear diff.
