Looking for a 69005-6A200-C0 lock set. I've spent way too many hours looking for compatible part numbers. Someone might have one in a box somewhere...

Makes sense. I've been trying to find a compatible option. I am all ears if anyone has a part number to try. 69005-90K04 seems to be a good option, for an earlier BJ73. So far I've tracked down:It’s discontinued. Good luck finding one. You need to get a newer lock set and the corresponding ignition cylinder bracket.

are ALL the locks still available separately ?
Definitely.....
Having @ToyotaMatt re-key a new complete set from individual locks is an good option considering how difficult it is to get a complete set for the 70 series. You can even re-key the glove box door lock and spare tire carrier lock....both available new from Toyota for the 70 series as well. (we discussed this before). That way you have everything tied to one key code!
It will cost you more however going this route. Much more.
Sorry Matt. I was just implying that it would cost more to piece together a complete set rather than buy a new complete set sold under one part number. The main reason for the higher cost overall but at least you have that option to buy individually....(for now!).....
I didn't mean to make it appear that your shop rate is the reason for the higher cost but yes...that should be considered too. One shouldn't expect you to do it for free. You have a business to run and lock wafers cost money.
To avoid further confusion, this is @Irish11 's thread so I will leave it up to him to work with you and shut up now.
Thanks guys. For the record I value all the input. This search is driving me crazy haha.
ok
it seams i CAN source MOST but NOT all of the lock cylinders , .......
- the ones i CAN i CAN Re-KEY / Re-code to match your existing ones we can't source .....
- this begs to question in my head a bit , what's up with your current locks and keys and why is replacing ALL / the entire set as a whole nessessary ?
usually in my extensive VINTAGE Toyota locks and keys travels these days and days past , the drivers door , and the ignition are the PRIME offenders
due to simply the most use as a wole since day 1
next up is the FUEL , or DIESEL , PETROL door lock , due to a host of cators from theft forced opening and simply GAS getting splashed in and on it KILLS the internals over
20-40 years of just that
age time is huge too now
if the reasons or reason is private or confidential , please feel free to simply PM me , i do not Bite .........

NOTE to ALL :
ANY lock & KEYS service i preform and or provide is just that 100% especially ones factory key codes that are NEVER logged or stored in any way at the SKUNK WORKS Lock & KEY work station and the like ..........
once a job is complete and the locks and keys go thu a though mechanical active function bench test , bagged and tagged that 411 is properly disposed of bottom line
lastly : ZERO key codes or any portion of them is NEVER shown in any photographs i personally take fore any reason .....
i take this topic very serious in a ever growing serious outside world ..........
Kindly matt
Bump. Still working on this.
The set @OGBeno posted looks perfect. I have a few other odds and ends that actually need as well (shocking I know) and they are in stock too. Thanks everyone!
Makes sense. I'll hunt those down. I take it I am looking for the FZJ-79/HZJ-79 ignition bracket and break away bolt the lock cylinder set comes off of, and not the BJ73 its going into?Again, with this kit, the ignition cylinder will not work with the one you have. You need to get the corresponding ignition cylinder bracket as well as the break-away bolt to do this correctly.
