Hello all, I'm pa 18707.

I'm selling my 1969 nissan patrol. Asking $2300obo

It has power steering that works very well and is a great upgrade, but it's needs a new hi pressure line it's leaking. It's from a mid 90's hardbody. The conversion could be a bit prettier. It has a rollbar, and the lip has been cut on the rear wheel wells to clear the 33's I had planned to add a set of body flares any way. It has a set of aftermarket front seats, highbacks, very nice, much better than the originals. The stock rear jump seats need recovering. I think most of the brakes parts are new and I know there;s a new pilot bearing. It's running a converted 280z electronic dizzy. and I believe a rochester monojet carb. the CB works. It has the original I6 and it's smoking a bit from sitting around but I do not believe there's anything wrong. The springs are a custom made set only a few years old. the 8274 works well and has the remote it has been "inboarded" for better clearance but I do have another grill. the rear alxe has been welded but, I do have a spare set axles included.

Body, the floors are good and the well/seam is good. there is some rust where at the outboard seat belts attach. and where the taillight are. Lastly above the fender side vents. Otherwise very solid, the paint is very cracked and somewhat of a mess. there's 2 big dents on either side above the wheel wells. I have not found any issues with the frame.

I was not fooling myself when I bought it. I planned to pull the bed fix the rust over the winter slap it back together and run it as a daily driver off road rig. You know "just ugly enough". I even thought about spraying the whole thing with POL or rhino liner.

I'm never going to get to this, I hate seeing it just sit there. I also have some body parts and spares Ill sell separately if a deal is made or as sweetener. I'm keeping the rack.

I drove one of these for 33 years. I bought it in 1971 and sold it in 2004. It's a relatively easy conversion to put in a chevy six. I had a 292 chevy six in mine with a SM 420 and Dana 18 transfer case. It was a "rubicon rambler" for years when I was in California. Ran BFG RMT 33" on the vehicle. It also lends itself to converting the axles to FJ 40 LC axles. I recently completed one. The axles on the Patrol are the weakest parts. The LC front axle virtually bolt in, you can spread the springs enough to fit it. The rear axle needs the spring hangers cut and rewelded to make the fit. The driveshafts will have to go to the DS shop to get modified to fit the LC flanges. Tires and wheels will fit, same bolt pattern. Good luck with the sale. Don

Bump for a cool ride.

Its a small world, I drove by it a few months ago and it caught my eye. Great rig.
