I've searched but can find the answer. What is the factory height on a 62 and where do you measure it? I measured mine between the front and rear doors, 68. 5 inches, but I don't know if this is good or bad. Second, I tried the unlit torch method to find the vacume leak in my 3F, but no luck, which should be a good thing, but now I have no idea why my ride idles at 1200 rpms. Any suggestions?

Either a vacuum leak or your thermostat is stuck/broken open, not letting it warm up properly and not dis-engaging the cold start injector.

Mine thermo was broken open, took 10 minutes to warm up and the idle never really slowed to where it should be.

Alright, after a long night of wrestling with all the junk around and on the thermostat housing, I got it changed. Thermo was stuck open, I didn't know what a heater was for until yesterday. No more cover-alls in the 62! I also adjusted the throttle cable. To no avail, still high idle woes. How exactly do I adjust the throttle position sensor? And I checked the idle air valve, seems to be operational, clicking on shut down.
