Update: close but not quite just yet.
1. I received my salvage relay apparently from an old Mitsubishi Elantra.
2. I then made the connector, @Engineer8000 helped me figure out the parts. Short version, the salvage module is using a standard old style 6 pin 6.3mm rectangular housing with the gated access at the top of the housing, unlike new 6 pin housing that have the gate/key at the bottom of the housing. I had to order the correct one.
3. I had a 4 pin Toyota connector in my spare parts that I assumed would be needed to hook it up to the truck. Wired it up to find that the Toyo connector didn’t fit because this relay uses a custom gate/key on the plug that is just a tiny line of plastic that serves as a clock block. The good news is that a generic 4 pin 6.3mm plug fits just fine around the clock block. You can see these little details in the plug gating in the attached photos.
4. Wired it all up, plugged in, turned it on and the wiper works! Just not intermittently. First two speeds on the stalk are both medium, same. Either this electronic module only delivers that speed when asked for intermittent or I wired it incorrectly. If it works there is an interim solution for less than $20 in all parts.
So close.
