Yea, but more or less a way to raise/lower my top shock mount in 15 or so minutes...

well that's certainly doable, but I don't think I can see the logic behind it.

use .125 wall tube for your shock mount in a "post style" that sleeves inside another tube, (square is best I think) and drill holes for bolts to lock it at height.

why, I don't know.. I'll wait here for your reasoning.
 
Or just make the top of the ram a hydraulic cylinder.

Again, not something that is useful..
 
You shock should have as much or more travel than the rest of your suspension. If your shock is the limiting factor, change shocks.

Right now, my shock is perfect for 38.5s (the tires I have decided to build this rig for). but I would like to be able to regain some uptravel when I'm rolling on the 33's. It takes me about 5 minutes to put my bumpstops back to stock, I just need a way to get my shocks back matching the stock bumpstops in a reasonably quick amount of time.
