Hi All,
I've just purchased a 105 series cruiser which has a brand new 6" tough dog lift kit on it. The guy also included brand new 4" king springs. I just had a few questions regarding possibly dropping it to 4".
From what i can see this is what has been installed:
- Tough dog 6" springs and the large bore shocks
- Front caster correction plates (not complete control arms)
- Brand new rear control arms
- Front and rear adjustable panhard rods
- Extensions for sway bars
- New steering rod (the bar that connects to the return to centre damper)
- return to centre dampner with spring
- does NOT have those 2 x adjustable rods that connect the rear diff to the chassis (just standard non adjustable) but rear diff angle looks fine
- Extended brake lines
Question is:
1. Is the current setup ok or is it missing anything crucial to use the 6" lift as it is.
2. if i were to drop to 4" is everything compatible, i.e. all i do is change springs? will there be adjustments required to panhard rods?
3. Anybody got pics of their 6" setups on a 105 series? i got crap stock tiny tyres at moment and may consider keeping 6" if it can look ok with 35's
Cheers
