What sort of info are you after?

Not many 6.5 swaps happen these days for good reason (It seems a few still here in OZ) - the 6.5 is heavy, inefficient and doesn't make great power reliably.

there is a few swaps around me for sale and im familiar with the motor. Just curious if I was to pick one up near me if I could install intercooler to help over come its deficiencies.
 
no different then the factory diesels that people put inter coolers on, just need to route the pipes differently.

Yes you can install an intercooler. Won't be an off the shelf kit.
 
Front mount air to air cooler would be the simplest option.
It would be my preference for a bunch of reasons.

Search in the Diesel Tech section of the forum.
There's a long running thread on intercooling factory diesel 80s. Your options will be similar, just with different pipework to suit
