5vz ECU identification

I am gathering parts to put a 5vz in my 95 mini. I got an ECU from a 99 4Runner, according to the VIN it came out of a truck that was a 5 speed with Federal emissions (non Cali). This is where I am confused, the ECU has 5 plugs with 3 rows of pins. Everything I see online says these are plugs for an automatic transmission. Some pictures online suggest this could be a Cali emissions ECU. It looks completely different than anything I can find online.

I figure worst case scenario some clowns slapped an MT ECU label and VIN on an automatic ECU. If I don't have the real VIN I may get the wrong FSM diagrams. I figure you guys have seen every ECU in North America and know what it is.

Here is the ECU. There is tape on the label but not completely covered. The label edges don't peel and they look unmolested, just suspicious.

That is what the manual ECU should look like. The automatic is four pin rows high. If you need a ECU pinout let me know.
