Camping here: Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forests - Cooper Creek Recreation Area
Wheeling: In the past we've spent a lot of time on the North and South side of Warwoman, all over Charlies Creek area by Tate City, all over Trey Mountain, and various trails off of Dicks creek.
This spring we're changing our camping site from Tallulah river to the one listed above. We will likely do some of those trails and possibly some new ones around here:

History: Working with @rjinga we came up with this meetup 5 years ago and we try to get together twice a year, end of February and mid-October. In the past we've had quite a few people show up and have always had an incredible time. We've had people from NC, TN, AL, GA, FL, and Kuwait. We enjoy good cooking at campsite and we are known to frequent various local establishments from Clayton to Blairsville to Helen.
