$50 for Nitto TGs with 45k miles on them?

Found a set of Nitto Terra Grapplers online for $200, but after talking to the guy and learning they had roughly 45K miles on he said he'd take $50 for them. They look 'well cared for' for tires with 45K miles on them, but my question is does it make any sense at all to buy them with so many miles? Could I get 20-30K more out of them?

$50 for all 4? They look pretty decent, still have maybe 1/8 to the wear bar. I have seen way worse for more money on CL, and typically what you find on CL are two decent tires and two bald tires. It's hard to find a set of 4 with even wear.
