SOLD 5 speed HDJ81 part-time xfer and 3rd row seating

SOLD pending satisfactory inspection

Wifee's friend is selling his HDJ81. He drives it about 5 times a year to go rockhounding. 5 speed, 5 new 35'' BFG AT's, lift kit, part time xfer case, winch bumper, safari snorkel, 3rd row leather seating (w. retract seat belts), front bucket seats. Black paint. 135.000 km. BEB done.

This used to be my truck. The 5 speed w. part time case is phenomenal (especially if you are used to the slushbucket full time). Almost no driveline slack, instant response, way more power, much better fuel economy. Hill climbing and towing are a snap. The only thing it is missing is lockers.

Anybody interested contact me. @604 209 5309. He wants around $20,000 for it obo.

I think your wifes friend will find the market extremley soft.

Dunno about that, I just listed my PZJ70 and it sold in 2 days. Not a lot of clean 5 speed part time HDJs around. Autos are another matter. Part of the price is $1500 worth of brand new 35'' tire and another chunk of change for the 3rd row seats.

Good, I have been looking at the cnd 80's but havent found a satisfactory one yet, I can see my self looking at the rhd's pretty soon.

Unless you are really short on $ go for the turbodiesel RHD. It is better in so many ways. And the autos are not pricy since so many have been imported. It's a tough decision tho, auto vs 5 speed. The 5 speed just has so much more vrooom.... No worrying about overheating the tranny, and the TC on the auto is hella inefficient when going up hills. But it is a bit of a notchy tranny for round-town driving, at least when cold.
