Put it on your motorhome, RV or H1!

IT's 5.5 FEET WIDE AND EIGHT FEET LONG!

[Edit: When I went to weigh the box yesterday, I looked at the label on the end. Even though this was 'spec-ed' to me as the H1 rack, which is supposed to be 6x8, the box indicates that the rack is 5.5x8.] I don't know how to change the title of the thread.

This is their deluxe bolt together unit, so it is packed in a box, ready to ship. I'm not gonna take it out of the box and assemble it just for a pic. If you are not familiar with what a ConFerr roofrack looks like, a quick thread search will find you plenty of pics.;)

It's been a few months since I put this in storage, but as I remember, the box was ~60 lbs, for shipping reference.

Thanks for looking.:)

I keep forgetting to grab the box and weigh it when I'm at the warehouse. Perhaps calling me at the shop to remind me would help. Thanks

Do you have any of the mounting hardware? Something this long should prob have at least 4 on each side...

Yes, but there's 'the rub' as Shakespeare would say. The clamps are currently retailing for $32 each. OUCH! Sorry, but I don't have control over the price. I'm sure their are other clamps out there more competitively priced. But the ConFerr clamps are tried and true, and they're fairly easy for me to purchase, so I haven't made any effort to track a different solution down.

Bump for Mark. This old ConFerr stuff is great...overbuilt and should last a long time.

Just stumbled across this pic and I guess it's the same BIG rack:

For the question above about mounting brackets, I have a ConFerr almost this big on my FJ40 and I used QuickNEasy mounts with home-made 1" square tube crossbars. The best price I could find was at NOC :: Quick-N-Easy Roof Rack Bracket Set (4) - $64.50 but the place Mark refers to is here Rain Gutter Mount Kits - Off Road Unlimited

Not sure if Mark is selling the floors for these since they are NLA...I used sheet aluminum.

As an example of how to mount it...here's mine with a load of driftwood on top...enough for 3 bonfires...and that's on FJ40 raingutters!

Hey Mark.

Throw in the H1 and I'll buy the rack from you!!

:grinpimp:

And you can change the thread title by going to "edit", then select "advanced", and the thread title field will come up and then you can change it.

tried it Dana.:frown:

It lets me edit the title IN THE THREAD, but not the title of the thread itself.

thats huge!

....don't know what I was thinking Mark!!......5.5x8 is a bit wide for the 55! Bump for a nice rare item...

hold the phone.....

......if it is still available, I may still be interested.....just had an idea as to how I can make this work for me.....will talk to you Monday.

I have 8 7" feet or mounts that should work for the ConFerr rack for $175.00 + shipping.

Shown in the pic.
